Shipping Rates

 

Allegro works closely with its carriers to provide a competitive shipping experience for our customers. Exact shipping charges are determined at the time of checkout based on the total price of the cart - once a determined value of purchase is reached, the delivery is free, meaning the usual shipment fees do not apply and are supported by Allegro.

Free shipment applies in the following countries:

- Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Spain and United Kingdom - purchases above 100,00€.

- Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland and Sweden - purchases above 150,00€.

- Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovenia - purchases above 200,00€.

- Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania and Cyprus - purchases above 200,00€.

Free shipping has an expected transit time of 5 to 7 business days.

There are two different shipping fees available at check out:

Express Saver - this shipping fee has an expected transit time of 1 to 3 business days. Please allow 1 to 3 days for order processing in addition to transit time. These transit times don't include possible customs delays. Furthermore, this rate does not include import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

Standard - this shipping fee has an expected transit time of 5 to 7 business days. Please allow 1 to 3 days for order processing in addition to transit time. These transit times don't include possible customs delays. Furthermore, this rate does not include import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

 

Customs, duties and taxes

 

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of the European Economic Area may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Allegro has no control over these charges, nor can Allegro predict what they may be.

 

Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

 

Note:

Customs offices in some countries or regions require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.
