How to use (example for foot strengthening):
While seated on the floor barefoot, hold the ends of the resistance band in each hand. Place the band under the ball of the foot. Pull ends of the band tightly towards the body, creating desired resistance. Flex and pointe feet to increase strength and flexibility.
